Creating effective content at scale is a nut that so many brands, big and small, struggle to crack. While bringing content in-house can create unmatched efficiencies and control, it requires constant management, a large upfront investment and it can be hard to attract and retain talent. Burnout is inevitable. Hiring an outside partner is the more common solution but not without its challenges. 

Since we began working direct to brand, our goal has been to understand the broader pain points of the client vendor relationship and design a content model that solves for them. Our mission is to make complex content problems feel simple and take the stress out of the process.

From talking to clients over the years, the main challenges we’ve heard are:

  1. High cost per video and unpredictable pricing
  2. Difficulty ensuring consistency of branding and quality across all content 
  3. Ineffective communication 

As a result we’ve developed an approach that gives our clients all the benefits of an in-house studio, operating as a seamless extension of their internal team. 

We start by understanding the brand’s strategic goals, budget, overall content needs and communication style. Then we design an intuitive workflow and build an online collaboration hub to run everything through. The result is a frictionless content pipeline that enables us to produce large amounts of content in a consistent, low stress, highly efficient and repeatable way. 

Most recently we did this for one of the biggest names in housewares, Bradshaw Home. After seeing the success of our partnership with OXO, Bradshaw asked us to design a custom solution around their own unique, high volume needs.

Filming nearly everything in our studio and keeping all phases of production in-house allowed us to maximize efficiency and output, delivering over 300 pieces of high quality, multi-channel content in under 12 months. As with all of our clients, Bradshaw now has the ability to run all content through the model, from eCommerce and photography, to commercials and brand films.
